This workshop session covers amplifier characterization (gain, gain compression, MFGC, harmonics, distortion), mixer measurements (scalar/vector analysis, dual LO capability), and antenna testing (passive/active device characterization, phased array validation). It also covers Multiport and signal integrity topics include PCB/interconnect analysis and automated multiport measurements, while mm Wave testing extends to banded measurements with coverage up to 1.1 THz.
Advanced techniques such as pulsed measurements, AM/AM and AM/PM distortion analysis, and optical VNA extensions for E/O and O/E devices are also discussed. Finally, the webinar demonstrates how VNAs accelerate receiver stress testing and compliance validation through AI‑driven automation, with practical guidance on amplifier and mixer setups emphasizing repeatability, software integration, and measurement confidence.
